Conditional block or elements based on custom field

Hi,

 

How can we display blocks or form fields by user role or by result of custom field?

EG: If 'Field A' equals 'No' then hide form. If 'Field A' equals 'Yes' then show form. etc

  Unfortunately, at the moment isn't possible to set conditions to the block or elements based on the custom fields.
