Adding SMTP to the contact form won't let update/save the page now
Today I added to my contact form in Brizy the SMTP method because of spam problems with the WordPress form I originally had. Now both WordPress and SMTP emails appear with an OK checkmark. I don't know if this is normal since I can receive the test email I made, but now a problem has appeared.
When I try to add something to that Contact page, such as filling out the "Message > Success text" area, as soon as I click on the save/update button, a notification appears. It says: "This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser > Click the Refresh button".
Anything I have added disappears when I hit that "Refresh" button. I decided to close and log out of WordPress and try again, but the same message keeps popping up every time I hit save/update. I also tried to save some elements or blocks to redo the page again, but I get a message that says: "Could not create Save Block."
I don't have that problem on other Brizy pages, just on this contact page. ( screenshots: https://jmp.sh/1Dym4wA )
How can I solve this problem?
Thank you

Hi Pablo,
If you want to have only the SMTP method to the form then you have to duplicate the form and then connect again only with the SMTP method.
For this problem "This page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser > Click the Refresh button" - could you please make sure you don't have open the editor of the same page in another tab? If you have open the editor only in a single tab, could you please check and inform us what is the value of the WP memory limit? Also, could you please optimize the database by installing the WP Optimizer and a plugin to delete the site cache?
Thanks!
Best regards,

Hello,
Thanks for responding. I tried again duplicating the form (I also made a new one from scratch) and entering the information again with the SMTP method only. Then I "Delete" the original form (the one that caused the error), and everything seems fine until I click on the "Update" button (to save changes). The same message appears with the "Refresh" button, and when I click on it, everything I did disappears, and everything remains the same.I made sure I only have one WP tab open. The value of the WP Memory limit is 2048M.
I did what you suggested to optimize the database by installing the WP-Optimize and run it. I have already installed the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to delete the site cache. I think it does that automatically.
After this, I tried again, and the problem continues.

Hi,
I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Also, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3?Thanks!
Best regards,

Great, I sent the information via private message and also checked that Brizy was already up to date with the latest versions (Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3)
