Brizy Pro not found?

My Brizy Pro plugin isn’t showing up. My renewal isn’t due until April. No response from Brizy tech support in 3 days. The files are still there, so when I try to add the plug-in it gives me an error. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix?

  Hi, Richard,

  I checked your account and I didn't find any other post sent to us in the appropriate time. The last post and comment you add here on the community was in April. 
  Could you please give us more details regarding the problem you encounter? You don't see the Brizy Pro in your Brizy account? Or in the WordPress dashboard? What error did you receive when you try to upload the plugin? Do you have the Brizy Free? If you want to add the Brizy Pro on the dashboard, you have to install and activate the Brizy Free plugin too because the Brizy Pro is an extension of the Brizy Free.
