Embed element is broken!!

I can´t use embed element when i try to edit the code or add a new one all the box became white and i can´t see the edit code button.

 

We are running cpc campaings linking to this page. We´re losing money beacuse of this issue!

  I have validated my account, i´m using header and footes injected coes normally

  Hi,

  Your account wasn't validated and for this reason, you couldn't add the embed code. Now we approved your account and all should work fine. Could you please check it now? For this, please log-out from the Brizy Cloud account, delete the cache and then log-in again.

  Now its working but before, this process was different. I had used this embed element without any problems. You should warn about any such changes.

  It is a strange situation. We are working with validated users since June and non-validated users can't insert embed code since this period too. When do you say that "before, this process was different" did you refer to previous week/month or to period before June? Anyway, great that all is working fine! Let us know if we can help you with something else.
