    Hi,

We suppose that this problem is generated from the hosting. This page https://rilleatechnologies.com/blog/bpage/2/ doesn't connect to the server. Could you please, inform your hosting provider to check this problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I've looked into the possibility of this being a hosting issue and I don't believe so.

I've created a brand new page using the same brizy element and the issue replicates itself.

It's only on page 2 however again.

I do believe this is Brizy related. Can you please start a private ticket so you can take a closer look in the account?

    Thank you

We have looked into this further with the help of our hosting company. Here's what they had to say about the issue:
There is definitely an issue with the builder Brizy. I received more memory limit errors at 700MB. To test, I raised the limit to 800M and received the same error, stating 800MB of memory is not enough to run the builder. Lastly, I tested this again at 1GB, still the same result:
[24-Nov-2020 23:22:43 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 147456 bytes) in /home/rit1399/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor/helper/dom-tag.php on line 16

The log shows it's also complaining about the memory limit for the following Brizy script as well:
    /home/rit1399/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor/compiled-html.php

The brizy plugin states it wants:

WP Memory limit of 64 MB or greater (128 MB or higher is preferred)
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/brizy/#installation

You may want to use a different builder or contact them regarding this issue as there is clearly a memory consumption problem taking with this plugin. I will revert the memory limit back down to 512M as I had found it set prior.

    ----

To add to this, I see the MySQL database size for this site is now over 2 Gb which is enormous. To put that in context, the largest of over 50 other sites on this server sits at about 90 Mb. There has been a LOT of editing on this site with constant revisions. I'm thinking Brizy is not handling this well and perhaps there is a database corruption?

To conclude though, we're convinced this is a problem with Brizy and possibly a resultant database issue.

Please note, we are running on PHP7.3.
Do you see any benefit of running on 7.4?
Also, would it be worthwhile running a database cleaner and if so, which one do you recommend?
We have backups but I am wondering if this might cause an issue with the site.

We don't have many plugins running on the site. The list is:

    Akismet 4.1.7
    Astra Hooks 1.0.2
    Brizy 2.1.5
    Brizy Pro 2.1.3
    Classic Editor 1.6 deactivated
Cloudflare -3.8.6.  We are running CF in development mode right now thereby bypassing CF's cache
    Duplicate Page 4.3
    Gravity Forms 2.4.18 deactivated
    HubSpot All-in-One marketing 7.47.4
    Itheme Security Pro 6.8.1
    ManageWP Worker. 4.9.7
    Simple 301 redirects 1.07
    SMTP Mail 1.1.11
    WP Rocket (cache) 3.7.5 deactivated
    WP Staging Pro 3.10 deactivated
    Yoast SEO 15.3

The site theme is Astra 2.6.1

    Hi there,

@Matt and @Glen are you colleagues? Just now I noticed that you both send us the same page and you both related the same problem. Unfortunately, we can't replicate this problem on our sites and all is working fine on all pages. It is a strange issue for us and in this case, we didn't encounter a Brizy issue.

Regarding the problem and the message, you send from the hosting. It seems to be related to another problem, not sure with this but anyway, I created a private ticket for you @Glen. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We want to check it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
