Brizy Pro Plugin Issue

I had the brizy pro plug in go out of date for a few months...it wouldn't update and the license was expired. One day, my entire website wasn't loading right and so I deleted the brizy plug in and downloaded it again with a new lince and repurchsed the pro. My website is back to normal except for 1 page. I don't know what to do to fix it. It just wont load the page wont load.And my hosting company says its a plug in issue.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest update for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) did you receive the same problem?
  On what page did you receive this problem? Could you please send us some screenshots of the issue you encounter? Does this error happen on the editor mode or also in the preview mode too? How did you create this page? What elements did you add there? Is it a simple page or a special page? Did you create a template for it? What display conditions did you set for it?
