Brizy Page Builder not loading

Hi, I have installed Brizy and when I 'edit with Brizy' it just gets stuck on the loading window.

I have tried many things

Cleared Cache

Different browser....

 

I'm using the default wordpress theme.

 

Any ideas?

  Hi,

  Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro), do you still receive the same problem?

  2.4.8 brizy pro and brizy free

   

  with all apps but those two deactivated its still not working properly.

  usually /?brizy-edit brings up the edit which makes it easier than finding the page each time.

  Hi Marcus,

  Are you saying that the brizy pre-loader keeps looping and you are unable to edit Brizy pages?

  

  Please try these

  1. Try editing Brizy pages in a private (incognito) window of the browser and check if the problem persists
  2. Please log into your hosting account to see if a firewall, DDOS protection, malware protection, or other security features are turned on. Disable these systems during Brizy editing and see whether it makes a difference.
  3. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard using a different browser and see if the problem persists.

  It doesnt even go to loading screen

  It goes to the normal screen with no chance to edit.

   We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request.
