Work not saved
Hi, I just lost 75 minutes of my work after your builder said it needed to refresh my page template, instead of saving it (as I clicked on Save Draft).
I thought there was an auto-save feature, but this isn't true. Really bad. Second time I lose my work.There are old revisions that are related to drafts saved manually, nothing else. I don't get why this is so.

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? How often did you make an update to the page? We recommend doing an update and in such a way to save the work, after 10-12 minutes of works. When you work on the page for 30 minutes and more, there are a lot of modifications to do, refresh and if the server is a bit slow, with a low wp memory limit, then you can receive this notification.
Also, I can recommend optimizing the site following some basic steps:
1 - Choose a quality hosting plan;
2 - Keep updated your plugins, theme and WP;
3 - Delete the plugins and themes you do not use anymore;
4 - Add a clean cache plugin and run it;
5 - Use an Image optimization plugin (we have an integration with ShortPixel, therefore we are recommending it);
6 - Clean the media library from the images you don't use anymore and the first revisions from the pages and posts you know you will not need;
7 - Optimize the database (WP Optimizer).Thanks!
Best regards,

Sandra,
I am getting to you as I am having a really hard time to save my work.
The more I advance at realising my Web page, the longer it takes to get it saved
When I click on the Update Button, it take now 5 to 6 minutes to get it updated....I am getting nuts.
What Host Provider would you recommend ?...I am using BlueHost for the moment.
Please help.
Cheers...

Hi Jacques,
We are recommending the SiteGround, Inmotion and Cloudways. But first, let's check some details to make sure if this is the hosting inconvenience. Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? Do you have a clean cache, database optimization or image optimization plugin? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
Thanks!
Best regards,
