    Hi Sandra,

    Thanks for your reply. I use the Brizy template, added the 'Get in touch' contact block below right.

    Afterwards, I filled in the e-mail, but it doesn't work... it say's 'your e-mail was successfully sent' but I don't receive it.

    I see the message at the leads section, see screenshot below, but that's it.

    Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can check this problem? Also, could you try to connect the form with another email? Did you check also in the spam?

    If this helps, there is a bug in the default form, as the "default" Name field is set up as "email" not as "text".  If you try to submit a form with the default fields, it won't work. You have to change the name field to TEXT.

    The url is www.lisamerelle.nl. And the form didn't work with other email... It's also not in the spam.

    Hi Lisa,

    I checked the form and I didn't encounter some errors in the Console or in the process of sending the email. I suppose that there can be an inconvenience with the theme or another plugin. Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme. Did you receive the same problem?

    I deactivated all plugins, but still no effect...

    I'm hesitant about changing the theme, I don't want to change the lay-out. Do you have other options?
