Hamburger menu is a mess despite no dev changes on Cloud website.

We just checked on one of our sites today to review content to change and see the site is a mess for some reason with the entire drawer menu display constantly no matter the device or browser. Nothing has been done on the website for many weeks so this is a Cloud platform change but strange it has not affected our other site.

hello again.
I have done the standard command line checks and multiple browser checks before I raised the ticket so I knew this was not a cache issue.
Here is what I know now
1) Tor browser works every time, no issues. This will be because cache is never saved and scripts etc like Google reCaptcha are getting blocked.
2) Opera browser works on cache clear and then on reload with local cache hit, the same issue appears. This is true of Chrome, Safari and others too.
Currently I am in a restricted country where services like Google are restricted, testing this locally without my VPN choices the problem does not occur when Google reCaptcha is blocked on the sites.
Not a local browser cache issue, this is something connected to the google captcha and caching in combination.
Please get the guys to look at this, I get frustrated each time diagnosing something for Brizy.
