Custom Domain help

I need help setting up a custom domain that is not from the typical domain registrant and only has these options (see image) for the domain set up. I have set up a few of these domains with the Namecheap hosting, but now I would like to set it up with Brizy Cloud. I have tried a few times but couldn't get it to work.

Please help.

  Hi,

  In this article, you can find how to publish the Brizy Cloud site using the Custom Domain method. Please take notes that each domain name service can have its own method for publishing the A record and Cname record, therefore, we kindly ask you to investigate their documentation to find how you can do this. If you have some difficulties here, please inform us of where did you get the custom domain name.

  Yes, I need help with this. Like I said I have tried it a few times and couldn't set it up.

  I have contacted my Domain service before and they told me to ask you for NS records.

  This is their response: "only NS and A records can be entered. A records are entered only if you have your own server named ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com and you want to associate an IP address with it. Then we call it a “glue record” and they function exclusively through the listed A records. Your A record is not in the form of a "glue record". Furthermore, please contact your hosting provider to provide you with NS records."

  This domain registrar is not a typical domain service. It is a Croatian national domain registrar where they provide free domains for registered companies. This is the link to their service - https://www.domene.hr/en/portal/home

  Natalia here, Brizy team!

   

  Brizy cloud requires 2 DNS records: A Record and/or CNAME record. We don't have and we don't request an NS record.

  We are the host for all custom domain/custom subdomains projects.

  In that case, I cannot host my domain on Brizy Cloud. That is too bad because I purchased Brizy.

  You can try to get the domain from another domain service, if you want and have the possibility, of course.

  That is the client's domain and that is what they want and need. It's just too bad I cannot host it on Brizy Cloud and will have to use another hosting provider. Brizy Cloud would be a perfect fit for this site.
