unable to upgrade wp pro plugin

Hi there

I bought two lifetime licenses from appsumo. One of them is for members.launchtomorrow.com and when I try to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin it fails the upgrade based on the license. 

The other one is assigned to launchtomorrow.com but I would like to move it to alignremotely.com. 

Please advise how to do this.
