    Hi,

We released an update two hours ago that should fix these issues. Please update the plugins to the latest versions: Free - 2.1.3 and PRO 2.1.1 and let us know if everything works as it should. Sorry for the created inconvenience.

btw: if you can't update the plugin from the dashboard try to delete it and then re-install the plugin by uploading it on the WordPress dashboard or through FTP.

    Thank you Alex

I was able to fix the issue by removing the Brizy Pro and reinstalling it yesterday after getting access trough the recovery function.I see that its currently running 2.1.1

Thank you for the FTP tip.. It will be useful in-case I have issues with recovery mechanisms as well.

I love your page builder, but I hope it is not pron for these sort of terminal bugs going forward.

    Hi,

It should not be repeated. We pushed a couple of fixes these past few days and one of the issues needed to be addressed by re tooling some modules related to how shortcodes work.

We found this very fast and pushed a hot fix. Right now you should not encounter this going forward. If that happens please let us know asap to take a look into your install. As you know some of these issues are sometimes localized and appear to only some users and sometimes only to your installs.

We are here if you need our assistance going forward.

I wish you a great day and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

    All the best.
