Button Link dont work

i have a website where i want to add a link to join my counter strike server

using a link like this steam://connect/192.0.2.1:27015 but if i add it to a button link it just dont do anything on the front end and i also tried to do it like this http://steam://connect/192.0.2.1:27015 then it removes the colons from the steam connect link,

  Hi Patrick,

  I'm not sure how the link to the CS server should work. Does it require a special structure to work in a web environment? Does this link work if you add it to a standard WordPress editor?

  i think the link works if you have the program steam installed on your computer, but yea when i add the link into like a normal page it works fine

  Hi,

  sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

  I tested this with a Gutenberg button. It works exactly the same. If you want you can send a screen recorder where you can show that in WordPress editor it works and in Brizy it doesn't work then I will try to reproduce. But for me, it behaves the same in both Brizy and WordPress editor so I guess it's a link issue.
