Problems with upgrading

I cannot upgrade the plugin..

I get error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

  Hi there,

  We already fixed this problem on our last Brizy update. Could you please update the Brizy Free 2.1.3 and Brizy Pro 2.1.1? If you still receive this problem, could you please send us a screenshot with this error? Where did you encounter it?

  Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Brizy_Shortcode_AbstractShortcode' not found : FIXED
  This video should help you guys fix your site and gain access to your WP ADMIN
