    Hi,

We already fixed this problem on our last Brizy update. Could you please check if you have the Brizy Free 2.1.3 and Brizy Pro 2.1.1?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you for your reply and support.

This WAS a problem that occurred in the last update of Brizy Pro and caused the ENTIRE website to shutdown.

I just checked and I see that a NEW UPDATE has just occurred and the issue is now resolved.

However due to our time differences, the site was out for several hours and this is NOT good enough specially when the version includes the PRO version.  Lucky that it only happened to ONE of our websites this time.

Could you please let the developers know that if a critical error occurs again with an update, the site should revert back to the previous version if an error is detected?

    Regards,

    Ann

    Hi Ann,

We are sorry for the inconveniences we created for your site and happy to hear that all is working fine now. This problem doesn't happen on all sites (as you mentioned before too) and for us was a bit difficult to reproduce it but we did it and fix it in a record time.
Thanks for the suggestion. Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thanks for your reply.  It happened only to 1 site because my other websites DO NOT have Brizy installed yet.  It would've been a BIG PROBLEM if all my websites were down at the same time.  You know how clients are and the STRESS of it all.

I appreciate that the issue was resolved within a reasonable amount of time.  However, I would have been threatened with legal law suit due to loss of income from my clients if this happens again to clients who rely on their website for income.  As mentioned, it was SEVERAL HOURS DOWNTIME due to time difference between our countries (Australia & Europe).

For Brizy to be reliable for the long term and to maintain the confidence for the application, I strongly suggest that a fail safe is in place for any updates so that websites continue to function when a Brizy update fails.

I'm sure others who have bought and subscribed to Brizy agree.

I would appreciate a confirmation of this request.

    Regards,

    Ann
