I should add - this is with custom media from the library which calls the Brizy video player.

Latest version of Brizy, and Firefox.

One further addition. Full screen doesn’t work on IOS chrome either, IOS Safari is fine,

again, as above, custom video file via the built in Brizy player.

    Hi,

Thank you for reporting the problem with the Custom video on the Firefox browser. We could reproduce it and send it to our developers to investigate it. When we will receive a notification from them regarding it, we will inform you too.

Regarding the second problem with the fullscreen on the iOS phones in the Chrome browser - I tried to reproduce this issue but all seems to work fine. See here https://jmp.sh/f2Jq0iX.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Thanks Sandra.

Your jumpshare link doesn't word sadly.

I'm using a recent (2019) Ipad -latest Chrome.  I don't know if its exclusive to that..here are two screen caps when I operate the fullscreen button:

Its perhaps a little hard to tell from these images....the player changes size by a handful of pixels but doesn't enter full screen.

I could PM you a link if that helps?

    Hi Robert,

I'm sorry for this delay, we wanted to test this problem on a real iPad, not only on the iPad simulators. Could you please send us the URL link of this page? We want to check it directly with your video. If you don't want to make public the URL, we can delete it before approving your reply.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Robert,

I'm sorry for the late response. Today we release a new Free update 2.2.4 and in this update should be integrated the fix for the issue you reported on the video element. Could you please update the plugin and check if all is working fine now?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra - I have updated our staging site stage.bristoljazzandbluesfest.com to the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy pro (2.2.5 and 2.2.1) but the problem still persists on Firefox browser for PC (attempts to enter fullscreen but then quickly reverts out - unless you quickly double-click the fullscreen button - then it works)

And the problem still persists on IOS iPad with the Chrome Brower (fullscreen button just changes the video size a small amount, and doesn't enter fullscreen at all)

The page I'm testing on is:

    Sorry it wasn't better news!
