Brizy Wordpress Editor erase Text Automatically

Hallo,

 

 I have a problem with my Brizy. I am not able to write anything in the text field. Whatever i am writing is not proceed to forward.  It erases automatically the text I am writing.  It's really annoying to work with it now. Please give me a solution. I am looking forward to your answer.

  Hi,

  Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? Could you please send us a video with the error you found? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?
