Contact Form not Sending Emails

I have a contact form using the Wordpress option. I get the messages in the Leads section of my Brizy settings, but I don't receive an email.

  Hi Ben,

  How did you connect the form? What service did you use? Could you please send us some screenshots with how did you connect the form? Could you send us the URL of the page where we can test the form?
