Custom video can only play audio, no image showing

Hi,

I uploaded a short video using "custom video" function. All went well except when playing the video, I can only hear the audio but no image playing. ( Please see the video in this page https://www.behealthy.tips/ )

I uploaded a mp4 file. Is there a specific format I need to use in order to get the video work normally?

Thank you very much for your help.

PS. Please do not suggest that I use YouTube or Vimeo link because this video is for Mainland Chinese, who don't have access to YouTube and Vimeo.

  Hi,

  Thank you for the URL link. The video you are adding has more than 5 MB? I uploaded it and it seems to have 33mb. Unfortunately, at the moment in the Video element is possible to add small videos that have a maximum of 5 MB. For this reason, you don't see the image and also notice the sound of it.

  I see. Yes, the video is bigger than 5 MB. 

  I found a way to embed a video from China, so it's all good. Thanks for your reply.

  Hey Sandra,

  I hope your 2022  is off to a great start!

  When a cover photo is added to the video plays begins playing muted. If I remove the cover photo the video start out playing sound. 

  Here is the site I am referring to https://www.hairandnailsbyanastasiya.com/ The video is on the homepage on the 2nd fold.
