    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.4 and Brizy Pro 2.1.2? Yesterday we release new updates and for this reason, I ask you about this.
Did you receive this error, when you open the editor mode of the template or when you preview the Blog? What display conditions did you set for this template?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I have checked both of this it happends on two different sites. Template is set for post not the actual blog page. I created a page and used the dynamic content to pull post types in.

The page is not viewable but it is editable.

    You can check at macproav.com

    Hi,

We suppose that there can be a problem from the hosting. The most probably the server resources are limited and for this reason, appear this problem because if you open the homepage or another page all is loading fine but on a certain page display the 500 error. The 500 error is a server-side error.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

It is not if you check the logs there is a bad line of php code causing a parsing error which is eating up over 258m of resources.

Please check my tickets for supporting logs and ftp credentials.

    Hi,

This isn't an issue generated by Brizy. This issue is generated by the low WP memory you have. As you can see here and here other users (non-Brizy users) the same found this problem and in most of the cases, the solution was to increase the wp memory limit. Therefore, we can suggest contacting your hosting provider.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

The problem goes away when I deactivate brizy.... there is a bad dom helper that is eating up the memory. I increased memory to 512m and still the same result.

Thank you for all these details. I notice that you already have a private ticket where you discuss with my colleague Natalia about this issue. We already send this case to our developers and they will investigate it. When we will receive some notifications, Natalia will announce you on the private ticket.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Hi Celz,

We want to create for you a private ticket to investigate this problem from your dashboard but first could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra, yes please create a private ticket for me! And yes I have Brizy 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0

I can downgrade to Brizy 2.1.5 to resolve this problem, but doing so will not allow me to use my Brizy Pro features and it's driving me insane lol! I'm moving fast towards a personal deadline to get this website finished before 2020 ends and this has become a very cumbersome bottleneck for me.

    Thanks!

    Warm  regards,

    Celz

    Hi,

I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi there,

@Yi Ren Ong Could you please give us more details about the problem you encounter? Could you send us a screenshot with the error you found? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? Do you receive it only for the Blog page?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi there,

@Cristea Alin, could you please send us the URL link of the page where you receive this problem? The 503 error is mostly related to the server and the server connection. Could you please check what hosting package do you have? Do you receive this problem only on the Blog page or for all pages? In the editor mode do you have some problems?
Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
