    Hello!

    Natalia here!

Thanks for your bug report. Let me switch this post to a private message, in order to have additional details about your environment and how to reproduce this issue in our WordPress dashboards.

    Thank you!

    Natalia

    Hi,

The first user didn't provide us with the URL credentials and we couldn't reproduce this issue. I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Also, could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Itamar,

This problem is already fixed. Just now I tested on my test site and all is working fine. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.7 and Brizy Pro 2.2.4 version? If you have the latest updates and you still receive these inconveniences, please send us the URL of the Shop page to test it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

We will create the private ticket but firstly we want to make sure it isn't caused by the theme or another plugin. Therefore, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Also, we would like to test this inconvenience on the live site. Could you send us only the URL link of the Shop page or Single product page? If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete the URL link before approving your reply.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I`ve installed this one as an work around https://wordpress.org/plugins/side-cart-woocommerce/
It seems Brizy cart button is not working as an ajax feature, not refreshing when cache is enabled. When that is fixed for good, please, let me know. Following this thread. Tks! ;-)

    Hi Diego,

    Thank you for your message!

We recommend deleting the cache but could I ask you how did you enable the cache? What is the purpose of your site in storing the cache?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Sorry Sandra, but I did not get what you mean, an ajaxed cart is supposed to work even with cache system enabled. And I have a cache system for the same reason everybody needs one, to reach a better performance. Can you give me an alive website with w3 total cache (one of the most popular ones) where it works alright? Tks! ;-)

    Hi Diego,

Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.16 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11? I tried to reproduce the problem you encounter but all worked fine. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Really thank you for the video, that what we expect from a good supporter :-)
But it seems you tested it while logged, W3 Total cache usually does not work set for logged users. Also, was browser and page cache enabled? And which theme were you using? Tks! ;-)

Just know, I log out from the dashboard and tried to check again the Shop page and Cart. I added some products and they all added to the cart immediately. See here.
For the moment, I'm using the Bloksy theme.

I use the default settings of the browser where is enabled the cache and they are deleted weekly.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
