Created Brizy Template, want to use on wordpress. Can find it but nothing to assign it to a particular page. Also when "add new page" no edit with brizzy appears

Hi,

I'm quite frustrated and hoping you can help. I spent hours creating a brizy template. It is a skeleton for our homepage. I cannot figure out how to assign it as the homepage, I've read through you forums and watched a bunch of video's but it looks like the software has changed, as none of those video's or forums seem to apply anymore. Additionally I thought about just restarting, but when i go to create a new page in wordpress, there is no option to edit with Brizy. I have the Pro plugin downloaded, and the free one and license is activated.

 

Please help. Let me know if you need additional information.

  Hi,

  Could I ask you why do you want to create a template for the homepage? In general, the template is used with dynamic content for the posts, posts, Archive, products etc. where the content is dynamic. In Brizy, the template is something like a sketch where you add dynamic elements and where you design how do you want to display a certain post, posts, products etc. For this reason, in the template you should set some display conditions, with other words, to indicate where you want to apply the template. After this, the template will take the dynamic content it needs to display and will add over that post/page/product the template you created. Therefore, the posts and pages shouldn't be edited with Brizy.
