Brizy menu does not appear on my WordPress dashboard

I installed the Brizy plugin, 
but the Brizy menu does not appear on my WordPress dashboard. 
Please tell me how to fix it

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details regarding the problem you encounter? How did you install the Brizy plugin? Did you follow these steps for installing the Brizy free and these for installing Brizy Pro?

  I am having the same problem. I installed the plugin by adding a new plugin and using the .zip file. How do I fix it?

  Hi,

  Do you have the latest version for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? Do you have both plugins installed in the dashboard? Could you please send us a video or image that will illustrate this inconvenience? Do you see these details?

  Hi Sandra,

  I am having the same problem.  I have the free and pro version installed.  In fact I was having problems with my server and had to delete wordpress 3 times, so I had to re-install PRO 3 times.  I deleted the licence I had initially thinking this might be the problem and used the new licence but it still does not show the "Edit with Brizy".  Please help.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have activated the Brizy Free plugin too. The Brizy Free plugin must be installed on the dashboard, even if you have also the Brizy Pro because the Pro plugin is an extension of Brizy Free.
  Therefore please, make sure you have the 2.1.5 version for Brizy Free and the 2.1.3 version for Brizy Pro installed and activated on the dashboard.

  Hi there,  I am not trying to be rude but you have not read my comment properly.  It already states that I have both the Free and Pro installed and the version installed is 2.2.0 and the "edit with Brizy' still does not appear on my dashboard.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for my mistake.
  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this. Bur firstly, could you please check if you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

  Having the same issue. I installed the Brizy & Brizy PRO plugins, but the Brizy PRO menu does not appear on my WordPress dashboard. Please tell me how to fix it. Yes, I have the latest installed.

  Hi Sabrina,

  Unfortunately, the Brizy elements and blocks are visible and allowed only in the Brizy editor, in the WordPress pages they can't be displayed and visible. Do you have all Pro features in the Brizy editor?

  Hi Sabrina,

  It's possible your PHP download that's causing the problem.  What version of PHP are you on?  Any version over 7.3 will give you issues with your plugins.  If you have a later version over 7.3 then go and download 7.3 and it should solve the problem.  Hope this helps.

  Hi Hanna,

  At the moment we fixed the inconvenience with the PHP version and now the Brizy is compatible even with the PHP 8.0. Therefore, we would recommend updating the Brizy plugins to the latest versions. Now we have the 2.2.13 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.9 for Brizy Pro.
