1. Always create a backup prior to plugin updates you can quickly revert

2. Login via FTP to overwrite the plugins if possible to current versions if you can't get in - or - change the name of the plugin by adding a dash to it to disable it- then you can login to apply the new ones.

3. Login to WordPress via Safemode - an email should be sent to the admin of the site
