    Hi,

try to update the plugin manually and check again. Just delete the plugin and install Brizy Free from the WordPress library.

I have reinstalled and activated it.

Now the site doesn't have the source code look to it when I hit "edit with brizy" but the editor is not functioning.

Before we go to the next step and inspect the problem please confirm you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins. This ensures that the problem is not caused by a third party plugin. Thanks.

I have disabled all the plugins except brizy and the problem is the same - no editor availability.

I have another ticket open regarding the same installation - no syncing with brizy cloud, plus no saving of blocks or layouts within the site. I am at a loss as to what the problem is. I need to make changes to the site, like yesterday, so please update me as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hi Fran!

    Thank you!

    1. Regarding the SYNC issue - one of our developers is checking this bug right now. I will notify you about the fix.

    2. I suppose the loading issue reported in this post is related to another wp dashboard, correct? Can you give me some details in a private message? I've sent you right now an additional request in the ticket #9539.

    Thank you.

    Natalia
