    Hi,

    Did you receive this inconvenience in your Brizy account or in the WordPress dashboard?
    If you find it in the Brizy account, could you please make sure that you logged in Brizy account with the same email you bought the Brizy license? If you use the same email and still receive this message, could you please send us the Order Id of the purchase?
    In case the inconvenience is happening in the WordPress dashboard, could you please make sure you have uploaded and activated the Brizy Pro plugin too?

    This is in our Brizy account.  We are logged into the correct one that we purchased the license from.  Can this thread be made private so that we can send you the Order ID of the purchase?
