Brizy Plugin Not Working

Our website is currently down when Brizy plugin is enabled. The message we are getting is:

"There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

  Hi there,

  We already fixed this problem on our last Brizy update. Could you please update the Brizy Free 2.1.3 and Brizy Pro 2.1.1?

  Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Brizy_Shortcode_AbstractShortcode' not found : FIXED
  This video should help you guys fix your site and gain access to your WP ADMIN
  The good stuff starts @ 2 minutes in.

  @Mendez Holliday, thank you for the video! 

  @Stephanus M, can you go to the WP dashboard -> Plugins and check if you received now the information about the new Brizy Free update? Or could you check if it wasn't updated manually and now you have the 2.1.3 version for Brizy Free?
