My site just crashed, and it seems to have something to do with the new Brizy update to 2.1.2

Please help!! Both of my sites are down. This looks very bad for my business. I should not have to worry that my site will crash every time the Brizy plugin auto-updates!

I got the same today. Your sites look ok now - how did you fix?

All our sites went down also. Disable the pro plugin or restore the last backup.

    Hi there,

We already fixed this problem on our last Brizy update. Could you please update the Brizy Free 2.1.3 and Brizy Pro 2.1.1?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Yes I did that now - I saw the new updates there earlier. Thanks

@Claudia I restored my sites to a backup prior to the update.

@Sandra I tried doing as you said and updated both Brizy Free to 2.1.3 and Brizy Pro to 2.1.1, and now the back end worked, but the front end was still down. So I restored to the earlier backup again, and now everything works.

    Hi there,

Thank you all for the messages and confirmations.

@Amanda Collins, Could you please check again the site? From the screenshot you send us, the problem is in some request the server can't read or interpret. Could you please update us regarding how is working now your site and especially the Brizy pages?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
