400 Bad Request

I am attempting to edit some projects, but I continue to get a 400 Bad Request error.

I have tried different browsers, devices, cleared caches, used different networks and still no resolve.

I have also read other posts with similar issues and did not see a resolution .

What do you recommend?

  Hi,

  Did you receive this problem on Brizy Cloud or Brizy plugin for WordPress? Where did you receive it? Could you please send us a screenshot with this problem? Could you also send us the URL link of the page you receive it? Is this problem happen on all pages or only on some pages? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

  Hi Sandra,

  I am having the issue with Brizy Cloud. I get the error when I click "Edit Project" for any project.

  I am specifically trying to work on this one right now: CapellaVue: https://www.brizy.cloud/projects/4209798/editor

  It appears to be working now.

  Any idea why this is happening? I'd like to avoid it from happening in the future.
