Regarding page update

Hi,

We created a page and updated the information but in the front end, the changes are not updating in the live site.

Can you please help us to resolve the issue as early as possible?

  Hi,

  How did you create this page? Did you create a Brizy template and attach it for this page? Is this happen to other Brizy pages too? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.0 and Brizy Pro 2.1.0? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?

  Hi,

  Only for the above-discussed page, I am getting the problem.

  Yes using brizy template created the page.

  Deactivated all the external plugins even though I am getting the same issue.

  I am using brizy free 2.1.0 and brizy pro 2.0.8.

  Hi Mounika,

  Could you please describe how did you create this template? What display conditions did you set? If you attach the template to a specific page, could you please check that this page isn't edited with Brizy? If you attach a template to a page, this page should be edited with Brizy, with other words, on this page you shouldn't click on "Edit with Brizy".

  We didn't attach any template to the page but we created as a new page using the brizy template.
