Brizy Running Slow/Editor Not Loading

Yes I have the latest version of Brizy and Pro

Yes I have increased the memory limit, max_upload, etc.

Yes I deactivated all plugins and changed my theme.

Yes WP is up to date as well as ALL plugins. 

This is urgent and I need help ASAP please!
