    Hi, Steve,

    Thank you for all these details. Yes, at the moment we have a problem with Block and Layout Sync using Brizy account and our developers are working to fix it as soon as possible. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
    Regarding the cancel the subscription and closing the account - you can cancel the subscription using your Brizy account. For this, please log-in your Brizy account -> Account -> Payments and from here you can Cancel the subscription. See here. Unfortunately, at the moment we can't close your account because it has an active license but when your license will expire we will be able to close it.

    I am really sorry to read this tale of woe. I too am a one-man-band designing websites for churches, village halls, and small businesses in the UK. I am really hoping to use Brizy Cloud for most of my sites. HOWEVER at the moment there are so many little niggles and a few REALLY IMPORTANT issues, so I am not confident that I can commit to Brizy Cloud.

    The issue with being able to download and re-use blocks, and also the inability to arrange blocks in folders and rename them and arrange them as we would like is a REAL DRAWBACK.

    I have made many suggestions to Brizy which I am sure would make my workflow much easier and would also benefit other users - but after many months the improvements are not made - despite getting feedback that they are useful suggestions and they will be 'put to the team'.

    I know Brizy is working on what it thinks are other important feature updates - but personally I think they are 'ignoring' ordinary users at their peril. It is SO FRUSTRATING that Brizy is so nearly there, but at the moment falls short in some really vital areas.

    Thank you for your feedback and all suggestions. I want to say that we are working on the all feature request that sends us from the users and we care about all our users. We don't ignore any of the suggestion and feature request send by our users but we can't implement them in a short time because we have other features that are in the working place and also, we have to investigate how will be better for Brizy and all Brizy users to implement a new feature/enhancement. It a huge work and we strive to move as fast as possible.
