Problem with Video in Popup

I am using Brizy on a WordPress site.

I have a popup from a link on an icon - I used one of the templates with a video.

The popup works fine the first time, but if I close the popup and then re-open, then the video controls do not function and I cannot re-watch the video.

If I refresh the page then the popup functions again.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details regarding how did you create the pop-up? What type of video did you use (YouTube, Vimeo or Custom Video)? Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can check this problem? I tried to reproduce the same situation you reported but I can't reproduce it. See here.
  Also, could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.0.16 and Brizy Pro 2.0.8? Or do you encounter this problem on the Brizy Cloud?

  Hi

  Live site is https://talesfromthemiraclebook.co.uk/ - click on the present icon.

  I created the pop-up exactly as you did in your video with the exception of using a Custom Video rather than Youtube - the video is an MP4 (only a couple of minutes long) in the Media Library.

  Brizy is up-to-date - version numbers as you state.

  I tried turning off caching on the site, but that made no difference.

  Hi Again

  Just tried putting a YouTube video in the pop-up and that works fine.

  But Custom Video does not - tried different MPs but none of them functioned correctly.
