Cancel subscription

Hello. 

I canceld my subscription in "personal" package in brizy cloud but i still can use the PRO features.I 've just hit the "cancel subscription" button. Is there anything else i should do? You say that there is a 30 days refund period. I used it only for 3 days.   When do i get my refund back?

  Hi,

  Cancel subscription means that on the next payment date you will not be charged. This does not mean "refund". We have done a manual refund processing and the money will reach you in the next 2-4 hours.

  I have the same issue how am I supposed to get the refund? Can you do the manual refund processing for me because I can't find it anywere.
