drop down menu

Hi  Im trying  to make  a  drop  down  menu  to  put in the middle of  a  page- Ive made one  before  but  cant seem to  replicate  it.

In the one  I  made  previously  I see that the  top level Menu item ( the one i usually make with a  hash in appearance>menus)  says  brizy beside it and i believe  that's what  gives it  all the  styling  to match  the other menus in the  site.

Can you  tell me   how  to  set  a  menu up that way?

  Hi,

  If you want to create a drop-down menu on the page, you can this screen video. Here, I illustrated how you can do this. If this doesn't help you and you want to create something different, could you please send us a screenshot with the menu you try to replicate or send us the URL link of the page where we can check it?

  Hi  sandra  thanks  very  much. my issue is  not  how  to insert  the  menu block on the  page.  Its  rather  in the  menu creation step in wordpress

  In the  capture  below  you  see that the  parent menu item is  some how  defined as  a  Brizy menu and  so  when  i place it  on the  page it  picks up all of  the  menu styles.  If i create  a new  menu with  child  entries and  select it in a  menu block it  functions  fine  but is  basically just plain text.

  Im sorry  i didnt  create  the  site initially so im trying  to figure out how  to make other  menus  share  that  style.

  Hi Steve,

  From the screenshot you send us, I found that the "Small Business Resources" page is a page edited with Brizy builder, for this reason, you see the "Brizy" name belong the name of the page. This doesn't mean that this menu is defined as a Brizy menu. The menu you use in Brizy pages are menus created in WordPress. In Brizy you only display the menu and set some styles for menu and menu items. The same with the child menu-item, they are Custom links and therefore you see the "Custom link" belong "PPP vs. EIDL", "COVID-19 Business Resources" and "Small Business Disaster Programs" pages.

  When you add the menu in the Brizy pages, it has the Brizy styles, different of what menu you select for showing. Regarding this "when  i place it  on the  page it  picks up all of  the  menu styles.  If i create  a new  menu with  child  entries and  select it in a  menu block it  functions  fine  but is  basically just plain text." - could you please send us some screenshots or video that can illustrate this inconvenience?
