How to use keyboard with HTML select on contact form?

Hi, 

I added an HTML select dropdown to the contact form but it's not allowing me to use the keyboard to navigate the options. I can't use the keyboard arrows or typing like a standard select.

This is an issue because the select field is not considered accessible. Is there a workaround or setting I need to toggle to make it work?

  Hi,

  If you navigate using the keyboard on the Contact Form in the Select field, the option will be selected but it is a bit difficult to understand what element is selected. If you taste on the "Enter" the selected option will be selected. I will inform our managers regarding this and if we will encounter that a part of our users will need this feature request, we will implement it.

  Thank you for your reply. The issue is that the current dropdown violates Section 508 for accessibility which is a legal liability and opens us to lawsuits. There are lawyers who scan websites for these violations and send letters to extort settlements. A client I just completed a website for had previously lost a lawsuit for $2 million dollars so it's not an exaggeration that's it's serious. Is there any way to escalate this?

  Hey Greg,

  Of course, we'll look into it as fast as possible. We are in the middle of preparing the launch build for the WooCommerce builder so I'm not sure a fix for this will come in the next update, but soon after that.
