Emails not received
Hi, my clients told me they weren't receiving emails from the brizy contact form. I checked it and they weren't. What I did was to replace the form for a new one and it worked. They asked me for the emails they hadn't received, so I checked the Leads and I shared them the .csv but they told that there were emails they had sent to test the form that weren't in the .csv
They want to know where are those missing emails. Can you help me with this? Thank you!

All messages sent through Brizy Contact form are stored in the Brizy Leads. Even if the message wasn't sent to the email, it is stored in the Brizy Leads. Even if, the user receives this error message, the message is stored in the Brizy Leads https://jmp.sh/znCDqF2. With other words, if the Brizy Contact form doesn't work, the message will be stored in the Brizy Leads. If some messages are stored in the Brizy Leads, this can mean they didn't send from a Brizy Contact form, or no other messages was send from the Brizy Contact form.

No error was receive when the message was sent. The thing is I have to solve this problem for my client and I have no answer for them, so those emails are nowhere? Maybe the plugin in failed?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't say exactly why some messages weren't stored in the Brizy Leads because we didn't investigate this problem with the form and now as it is solved we can't find the issue. All messages sent through Brizy form should be stored in the Brizy Leads. Only if the dashboard didn't work in general or was a problem with connexion to the server.
