multisite subsite global blocks on pages, but not in block library for reuse

Hello I have a site on multisite as a subset, on that particular site there are global blocks active on page, but when I go to add a block the global blocks area say nothing here.

  Hi,

  Could you send us some screenshots of this inconvenience? Did you not see global blocks in the same site or in other sites from the network? At the moment if you have some global blocks on a particular site from a multisite network, these global blocks are available only in this particular site and not in the whole network to be available for another site from the network.

  global blocks used to show up. they shoe up on the page when editing (first picture) but not in the in the global block they are not there? also when duplicating a page the global blocks to come with (that is happening in  most of my sites, but I least most of the sites still have access to drop in the global blocks from the global library). for this particular site its the only one on the network that complete not even showing the blocks in the library. 

  also when I try to download new version of brizy its I need 2.16 (im on 2.12) but the version that get downloaded is 2.0.8 from the link

  edit:sorry that was the pro version, I was able to get 2.0.16- installing to see if it will clear this up.

  everything up to date - but its still behaving the same with global block missing even tho they are in the site

  Hi Edgar,

  Thank you for all these details. You have a private ticket on this request and Natalia are investigating the site but she found that the globals blocks are stored in the "Global blocks". In a short time, Natalia will come with a response regarding those 2 pages.
