Transparent Block

Hey guys, 

So I have this first block with a parallax background, I would like for that back ground to continue on all the other blocks too. 

I know you can't make a block transparent using an option. But I've tried the workaround of setting an overlay and then changing transparency to 0. That doesn't work too, it still maintains a solid white background. 

Any suggestions?

  Hi,

  You can make the block transparent if it is over another block. If you have a white background page behind it then the effect of this overlay = 0 will not be visible. Can you send a link to your website so that we can see the section you want to make transparent?
