Hi,

I did 2 layouts for the same content to make it more responsive and hid one set for the desktop but on checking the page source in chrome the same content appeared twice. Does this mean that the google-bot will see it twice and if so will the page be penalised.

  Hi Ben,

  I don't know exactly how Google bots works but I think they check for duplicate content between domains or URLs, not on the same page. So I don't think there will be any problem with that.
