Recreate Header in Brizy Pro

Can you give me a hint as to how I might create a header like the one from our new website (a work in progress)? I'm trying to recreate the landing pages in Brizy Pro so I can edit them myself. I'm able to recreate most of the header. I just need some guidance for recreating the Thin Blue Horizontal Line.

  Hi Frank,

  You can do that using the line element or using the row border. Moreover, Brizy already has a similar predefined header so all you have to do is change the color and width. Please refer to this short video: https://jmp.sh/KCSqQAd
