Issues with shared posts and all-posts page

We are seeing code such as the following displayed when we attempt to share posts in social media and on the page /category/all-posts/. What needs to be done to resolve this?

  Hi Kyle,

  We suggest adding a plugin such as the Yoast SEO plugin and using it to customize the text will appear when you will share a post or a page in the Social Media. After you will activate this plugin, you have to go to that page you want to share and select the Social option. there you will find fields for Facebook and Twitter. See here. Also, for general SEO, you can add the Meta Description from General SEO options. See here.
