Could not generate dynamic css file

I just migrated my site to a new server, and it seems that something is broken, but I'm not sure what. The layout and colors are wrong, and when I attempt to change them, I get a message about "Could not generate dynamic css file"  Do I need to change file permissions?

  Hi,

  I would love to help but, as you may know, the Themefuse themes are no longer supported since March 1st. If you have a backup you could restore it and this will make your site functional.

  I was not aware of that.  And unfortunately one of the other myriad issues with the migration is that the backup function (provided by unyson) is not detecting any of the backup files.

  Given that I paid for a lifetime unlimited license with Themefuse, any chance I could transfer that to Brizy?
