unable to purchase PRO due to VAT

Hi 

I operate from the Canary Islands. We do not have VAT.

There is no option to purchase without applying VAT since Canary islands does not appear in the drop down list of countries.

How do I proceed?

Can you send me a payment link to pay directly?

I have a discount code also.

  Hi there,

  Yes, the VAT is included in the price for the Brizy license. If you are from a state where the VAT is free and you paid for VAT too, please write to our Payment processor Paddle help@paddle.com and inform them regarding this. They will return you the VAT. Also, please add our manager Alex alex@brizy.io in CC. The VAT is collected by them and at the end of the year they transfer it to the government of your country, but if you are from a VAT-free region/state you have not to be billed for VAT.

  As I mentioned, I am unable to purchase since Canary Islands does not exist in the list. I have not paid VAT so there is no requirement of refund. 

  What country am I supposed to select while paying so that VAT is not applied?

  Or will you give me an invoice without VAT?

  How do I proceed?
