Hello I've an issue with the pagination in brizy articles element

Hello Brizy team,

I've an issue on my client website com1film.tv

For this website I've added some custom post type video with taxonomy and tags whicj behave like posts.
On the front page build with brizy I've added the articles element configured to display my custom post type in 1 column, with 6 row, filtered by tag 'accueil', and with pagination.

Everything works fine except the pagination... there is a div "brz-posts__pagination" but it's empty

Please can you help me with this issue

    Hi,

    Could you please give us more details regarding the page you added the Posts element? How did you create this page? Did you create a template for this page? Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.0.16 and Brizy Pro 2.0.8? I tried to reproduce this problem but all seems to work fine https://jmp.sh/aY5MZjm.

    I've updated the brizy free and pro plugin to latest version,
    I've done this page without template it's a classic page with brizy template
    I've try to uninstall and reinstall brizy free and pro plugin but without any success
    Sorry but I can't access your screenshot the url seems to be down

    I can provide you some admin access to the website to check if you can do something

    Hi,

    Could you show us how did you create this block with Posts element? Here is a video where I show you how I created the block with Posts element (in 2 methods) and how the Pagination is showing in both cases. Could you check if you did similarly?

    I'm sorry for the first screenshot, I didn't paste it correctly.

    so i've watch yout video and this is exactly the way I do, one thing is different i use tag as filter for my custom post type

    Hi,

    This a bit strange issue, could you please provide us with the WP credentials of the site where you could reproduce this problem? We will check it. I created a private ticket on this request.     Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem? Could you please send us a screenshot or a video of this problem? Could you send us the URL link of the page where we can check this inconvenience?

    Hello,

    just checked latest version of Brizy and Brizy Pro. Default Theme and all other Plugin deactivated doesn't help :(

    I just tested something. I think in my case the pagination doesn't show up, because its a custom post type. Is there a workaround or similar?

    Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard because unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce it on our site. We tested with Posts and with Custom Post types and in both cases, all worked fine. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
