Brizy Pro - unable to upload NEW pictures to website from media library

Hi Brizy Pro team,

I am no longer able to upload NEW pictures to my website from my media library. I am able to select the NEW photo from the media library but it just appears as a blank square on my website. I have tried it several times but always the same result. Oddly, I am successfully able to upload EXISTING photos from my media library to my website.

My plugins are up to date and I use Short Pixel (lossy compression) to minimize the size of my media library.

Can you kindly assist.

  Hi Chris,

  Is your hosting provider NameCheap? At the moment, it is a similar problem with sites hosted on this server. Our team are already collaborating with NameCheap team to solve this problem. The NameCheap team told us that they will prepare a fix for this problem and in a short time, they will release it. Therefore, now, we wait for their public fix.
