WP Mailchimp integration not working

Hi,

I'm trying to add an email subscription form connected to a Mailchimp account. I followed this guide and in the WP admin everything seems to be setup and working correctly.

But when I try the form on the front end I get this error message:

"Your email was not sent"

When I look in the browser console I see that the POST request returns this JSON object:

Can you help me with this?

  Hi,

  Do you have this error only when the form is integrated with Mailchimp? Are the messages generally sent from your site? Do you receive them by email? Did you check this with another contact plugin? For example: Contact Form 7

  btw: please make sure you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.14 and PRO 2.0.7? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  Hi Alex,

  this issue is resolved. Not sure how actually, but I have a feeling it had to do with a freshly created Mailchimp API key. I tested it with an existing one, and that worked just fine. When I tested the freshly created one after a few days, it just worked.

  Sorry to have not pinpointed the problem exactly but I leave my vague findings here for future reference :)
