help with wordpress whitelabel

We have been using Brizy Pro and quite like it. On the wordpress version with woocommerce we decided to try out the white label. we activated it and renamed brizy along with new support URL. However once we activated it most of wordpress will not work. we can no longer add products in woo commerce, can not add plug ins, can not edit anything except the pages themselves. we tried to deactivating it by using the URL again and using reset button in white label. however it will not allow it either. everytime you hover over anything you want to edit the settings menu auto pops up under the renamed brizy editor and it will auto direct you to the settings screen. not sure where to go from here.
