  Hi,

  We cannot replicate this issue on our side so we need to inspect this on your site. I will create a private ticket for you so please enable white-label and send your login details and we will look into it. Thanks.

  Sent an email for another website having the same exact issue. When activating white label, all images are broken and the builder doesn't work anymore.

  Hi,

  I already created a private ticket for you two months ago but we did not receive login details. In the meantime, there have been several updates for both plugins. Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.3. and PRO 2.2.0?

  Hi Alex I'm not sure if you're receiving my emails. I set up the support@brizy.io as an admin to log into wordpress on that website. For kicks I decided to see if I could set up white label on my website speedyfingerstech.com and as you can see all the images are currently broken on the website. I have also set you up as a administrator on that website using support@brizy.io as the email. I can confirm that this is the latest version of brizy free 2.2.8 and brizy pro 2.2.5.

  The edit page does not work on it either. The only change has been with the wordpress dashboard.

  Hi,

  the problem is that your prefix contains spaces: https://jmp.sh/2AIN7fx This is the cause. You must write the prefix without spaces or replace the spaces with a character. For example: spedy_fingers_technology
